Because many of our services involve immediate resource allocation, labor costs, software licensing, third-party purchases, and project planning, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

General Policy
Most services provided by Alpha Bytes are custom, digital, and service-based in nature. As a result, completed work, delivered services, consumed resources, and purchased third-party products generally cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of Alpha Bytes management. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Alpha Bytes endeavors to handle all refund and cancellation requests professionally, fairly, and in accordance with the terms of each individual service agreement.
Non-Refundable Services
The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once purchased, activated, or initiated.
All domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, payment is immediately processed through domain registrars and related providers. Domain registrations cannot be reversed, cancelled, returned, or refunded after purchase.
Hosting fees are non-refundable once hosting services have been purchased, activated, configured, or deployed. Payments made to hosting providers are generally irreversible.
Any third-party costs paid on behalf of a client are non-refundable, as these payments are processed directly through third-party providers.
Payments made for Alibaba account management, setup, optimization, maintenance, consulting, advertising, verification, or related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Software Development Services
Custom software development services are non-refundable once development work has started. Development resources and labor are allocated immediately after project initiation.

Website projects may be eligible for a partial refund only if development has not substantially progressed. Refund eligibility depends on several project-specific factors:
- The current stage of the project at the time of the cancellation request
- The volume and nature of work already completed and delivered
- The level of resources allocated to the project to date
- Third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf
- Deliverables already provided to the client, including designs or prototypes
If substantial design, development, programming, or implementation work has already begun, refunds may be significantly reduced or denied entirely. Alpha Bytes reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on actual project status.
Design Services
Design services are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Time, expertise, and creative effort invested cannot be recovered after work begins.

Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Payments for digital marketing and SEO services are generally non-refundable once campaigns, audits, content creation, optimization, research, or advertising activities have started.

Important: Digital marketing services involve ongoing labor, platform spend, tool subscriptions, and advertising costs that are consumed immediately. Results from SEO and digital marketing campaigns develop over time and are subject to external factors outside Alpha Bytes' direct control.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation at any time by submitting a written notice to Alpha Bytes. However, the following conditions apply to all cancellations:
- Completed work remains fully billable regardless of the reason for cancellation
- Work already performed up to the cancellation date will not be refunded
- Third-party expenses incurred on the client's behalf remain payable in full
- All outstanding invoices remain due and must be settled upon cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, Alpha Bytes may issue an invoice for all completed work up to the cancellation date, calculated at the agreed project or hourly rate.
Refund Eligibility

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where technically possible. In some cases, alternative arrangements may be made by mutual agreement.

Clients are strongly encouraged to contact Alpha Bytes directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Fraudulent, unjustified, or premature chargebacks — initiated without first attempting resolution with Alpha Bytes — may result in serious consequences.
- Immediate suspension of all active services pending investigation
- Account termination and restriction from future Alpha Bytes services
- Legal pursuit for recovery of outstanding amounts and associated costs
- Formal reporting to relevant payment platforms and regulatory bodies where applicable
Alpha Bytes maintains detailed records of all project activities, communications, deliverables, and payments. These records are used to contest any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback claims through the appropriate dispute channels.
