Unless otherwise agreed in writing within a formal contract or agreement:

• Clients receive ownership of final deliverables upon receipt of full and complete payment

Both Alpha Bytes and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement.

• Business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets shared during engagements are treated as confidential
• Technical architectures, source code, and proprietary data shall not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties
• Confidential information shall not be used for purposes outside the scope of the agreed project engagement
• These obligations survive the termination of any project or engagement agreement

Alpha Bytes shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances that are beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Government actions, sanctions, regulations, or legal restrictions
• Internet infrastructure disruptions or telecommunications failures
• Cyber incidents, hacking, or large-scale security breaches
• Power outages or utility failures affecting operational capacity
• Labor disputes, strikes, or workforce disruptions
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
